Kive is a platform for creating, managing, and generating visual materials.
These guidelines describe what you may and may not do on Kive, whether you’re generating, uploading, sharing, or using our tools and outputs.
They exist to protect users, comply with law, and ensure that Kive remains a safe and trusted environment for creative work.

1. General Principles

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or publish through Kive.
You may only use Kive for lawful purposes and in ways consistent with these guidelines and our Terms of Service.
Kive may remove, restrict, or report any use of the platform that violates law or policy, or that presents material risk to people, property, or public safety.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Kive to generate, upload, or distribute any content that involves or promotes:

a. Illegal or Harmful Material

  • Illegal activity under EU or local law
  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated “deepfakes”)
  • Human trafficking, sexual or labor exploitation
  • Violence, torture, or acts intended to shock, incite harm, or glorify suffering
  • Animal cruelty or exploitation
  • The sale, promotion, or manufacture of illegal goods or weapons
  • The sale or promotion of unlicensed medical products, drugs, or controlled substances

b. Hateful or Discriminatory Content

  • Advocacy of hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Support for extremist, terrorist, or violent organizations
  • Denial or trivialization of documented historical atrocities

c. Misleading or Manipulated Content

  • AI-generated or altered visuals presented as authentic evidence of real people, events, or situations when they are not
  • Fabricated or deceptive content intended to mislead viewers or cause harm
  • False or misleading representations of individuals, companies, or brands

d. Pornography and Sexual Content

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material, including synthetic or AI-generated imagery of real or fictional persons
  • Content that sexualizes individuals without consent
  • Adult nudity is permitted only where clearly artistic, educational, or medical in context

3. Responsible Use of AI Generation

You must use Kive’s generative features responsibly.
You may not:
  • Attempt to circumvent Kive’s safety filters or moderation systems
  • Generate or upload likenesses of identifiable private individuals without explicit consent
  • Use Kive to create or disseminate political, election-related, or public-safety misinformation
  • Use Kive to train, improve, or benchmark other AI models without prior authorization
  • Upload or input any content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy
  • Attempt to extract, copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of Kive’s underlying models or datasets
  • Use automated systems or scripts to mass-generate, spam, or scrape content

4. Intellectual Property and Brand Rights

  • Only upload or generate content that you own or are authorized to use.
  • Do not attempt to replicate, mimic, or pass off another company’s brand assets, logos, or proprietary designs without consent.
  • Respect trademarks, copyrights, design rights, and other IP rights of third parties.
  • Do not use Kive’s name, logo, or trademarks in ways that imply endorsement or affiliation.

5. Privacy and Personal Information

Do not upload, generate, or distribute personal or confidential information without explicit permission.
This includes identification documents, financial details, medical information, or private addresses.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that compromise the privacy or safety of others.

6. Security and Platform Integrity

To maintain the integrity of the Kive platform, you must not:
  • Access, probe, or interfere with any Kive system without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass security controls or rate limits
  • Use undocumented APIs or scraping tools
  • Distribute malware or code designed to disrupt systems or users
  • Share your login credentials or sell access to your account

7. Spam and Manipulative Behavior

Kive is designed for creative work, not mass generation or manipulation.
Do not:
  • Create or operate fake or automated accounts
  • Use scripts or bots to generate or publish content at scale
  • Engage in misleading engagement tactics (e.g., keyword stuffing, false metadata, traffic manipulation)
  • Link to unsafe, deceptive, or irrelevant websites

8. Reporting and Enforcement

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to enforce these guidelines.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or reporting to authorities where required by law.
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it through the in-product tools or contact our support team. These guidelines may evolve as laws and standards change, including under the EU AI Act.
Kive monitors regulatory developments and will update this document to maintain compliance and transparency.
