Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance. Credits and storage activate immediately upon payment.Getting more credits
Kive only distributes credits through subscriptions—there is no pay-as-you-go credit bundle. If you need more credits, you must upgrade to a higher tier plan. When you upgrade, you instantly receive the full credit allowance of your new plan on top of your existing unused credits. Your billing cycle resets to start from the upgrade date. Example: If you have 30 credits remaining and upgrade to a 2,000 credits/month plan, you instantly receive 2,030 credits. Your next billing date is one month from the upgrade. If you only need a temporary credit increase, you can upgrade to a higher plan and then downgrade back to your original plan after using the credits you need.Downgrades
When you downgrade to a lower tier plan:- Credits are preserved: You keep all unused credits for the remainder of your current billing cycle, even if your balance exceeds the new plan’s monthly limit.
- Billing changes at cycle end: You are not charged the lower plan price until your current billing cycle ends. At that point, you are charged the downgraded plan price and receive that plan’s credit allocation.
