Kive’s Organize is your hub for bringing content in and keeping it organized. Upload from your computer or save AI‑generated content as you go. Organize preserves prompts, settings, and versions so you can reproduce results later.

Save generated assets

When you save AI‑generated images, Kive keeps the original prompt, generation settings, model configuration, and creation history. That makes it easy to reproduce wins and stay consistent.
Find your generated images in Organize by filtering Upload source -> Generated image

Upload assets

Drag and drop files or folders from your computer (up to 8,000 images at once). Add custom tags, pick visibility, and select a target board. Automatic duplicate detection prevents re‑uploading the same content and keeps your workspace clean.

Supported file formats

Kive supports the following formats:
  • Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, WebP, HEIC
  • Videos: MP4 (up to 75 MB)
3D files (.glb, .gltf, .obj, .fbx, etc.) are not supported. To work with 3D content, upload a rendered 2D image instead — the AI can infer 3D structure from 2D images.

Import from Midjourney

Preserve your Midjourney work with full metadata:
  1. Download images from Midjourney
  2. Upload them to Kive’s Organize
  3. Prompts, aspect ratios, and generation parameters come along automatically
This seamless import process ensures continuity between platforms and preserves your creative history.
