How Kive works with Bolt.new MCP

Bolt.new builds full apps from a prompt. Its MCP support lets the agent use tools and data outside Bolt, so a Kive connection gives it direct access to your product catalog, brand styles, and creative workflow.

Ask Bolt to find a product in your Kive workspace, generate a hero image in one of your saved styles, and place it in a responsive product page. You can refine the image or create a matching product video without leaving the Bolt project.

How to set up the Kive MCP server in Bolt.new

  1. 1Copy the Kive server URL above.
  2. 2From the Bolt.new chatbox, select + → Connectors → Manage connectors.
  3. 3Choose Custom MCP server, name it Kive, and paste the server URL.
  4. 4Select HTTP as the transport and MCP OAuth as authentication, then connect with your Kive account.
  5. 5In a Bolt project, open + → Connectors and turn on Kive when you want Bolt to use it.
