## Transfer of Personal Data

In order to operate our business and provide the Services, we use third-party service providers ("Processors") to help us host, store, communicate, analyse, and maintain Kive. These include infrastructure, cloud, analytics, and communication providers. We carefully select our providers and ensure that they maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data and comply with Applicable Law.

In cases where our Processors transfer Personal Data outside the EU/EEA, we have ensured that the level of protection is adequate, and in compliance with Applicable Law, by controlling that either of the following requirements are fulfilled:

- the EU Commission has determined that the level of protection is adequate in the third country where the data is Processed;
- the Processor has signed up to the EU Commission's standard contract clauses (SCCs) for data transfer to non-EU/EEA countries; or
- the Processor has taken other appropriate safeguards prior to the transfer and that such safeguards comply with Applicable Law.

We have entered into Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with all our Processors. The DPA sets out, among other things, how the Processor may Process the Personal Data and what security measures are required for the Processing.

We may also need to disclose your personal information to certain designated authorities in order to fulfil obligations under Applicable Law or legally binding judgements.

### Transfer of Personal Data to another Controller

In order to provide secure payments, we use the third-party payment service Stripe in our check-out. To provide you with payment options, they need to access your payment information. The service provider is considered as a Controller for the transaction and payment data and is responsible for your data being Processed in accordance with Applicable Law to ensure secure transactions.

We may process aggregated and anonymized usage data that cannot be used to identify you. This includes information such as usage frequency, feature engagement, and system performance metrics.

Such data is used to operate, maintain and improve our Services and to ensure reliability and performance. Because it cannot be linked back to you, it is not considered Personal Data under Applicable Law.
