Are you passionate about the intersection of AI and creativity? At Kive, we are helping brands and marketing teams transform their creative workflows with generative AI. We're on the lookout for an ambitious and highly motivated intern to develop our business and operations during the fall.
This is a 6 month (paid) full-time internship with opportunity to extend.
In this role you will
Business Development
Scale and manage outreach with smart tools
Be the main point of contact for customers and help lead the entire sales process.
Support existing customers to make sure they get the most value from Kive.
Help plan and organize community events.
Operations
Own and operate customer support, including keeping our AI bot up to date, filtering support requests and liaising with tech to identify and solve bugs
Support with office, team and culture building activities
Support with various administrative tasks
You'll be a great fit if
You have Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a creative field.
You have a highly commercial mindset and love customer interactions
A self-starter and problem solver - you make things happen and take initiatives to improve things around you
Have a keen interest in technology and experience of working with tools like Linkedin Sales Nav, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Slack etc.
Have excellent project management and communication skills
